Custom Server FAQ

1. Click on Custom Server in the region closest to you. North America, Europe, South East Asia, South America
2. Go to Modes
3. Search for Once Architect 
   All our servers will have Once Architect in the name in each region so you should be able to find them easily in Search Bar

You will be given starter bagpack, such as custom armor & gun, consumables etc in your inventory. Use these items to start your building journey.

Menu > Custom Server > In Server Shop. Here u can find various materials, tools and seeds you need for 1EL.

1. Craft a designer bench. Slide to Max even though it says you don’t have material, click Craft, repeat until all formula obtained.
2. Go to Harvest Market in (2815,-1004) to do market bounties. Buy the materials in server shop if u need to do Tier V bounties.

Tips: If you are level 50, u can access bounty by summoning V.
PC: Tab > Summon V
Mobile: Press 3 dot > Summon V
Console: Hold Down Arrow on D pad > Summon V

1. Go to build menu to create new territory, check the image above, depending on your keybind, it will show there “Create New Territory”.
2. Go to territory terminal to expand your territory size
3. If u cannot align your foundation, turn off grid snap

Your Custom Server Characters and official server characters are completely separate from each other including the slots they use and they cannot interact with each other in any way.

Important: All cosmetic & pack u purchased will be sync from your main character in official server , vice versa. Except event item and formula, which will be sync in batches starting Oct 2026.

Progression such as mods, honor system, will not transfer from official server.

Large synthesis bench allows u to build Mr Wish Rocket, click Craft even though it says u don’t have materials.

Large scale build project is in each region, u may check in discord #custom-server-info under #Current Projects & Datelines. DM each region organizer if u are interested!

Please add BLDR to your character name to prevent deletion, match your discord username to your ingame name to avoid confusion. If your character doesn’t have BLDR in the name, we will go by 20 days login inactivity.

Don’t worry, you may rejoin again, by going to server homepage, Click the red person icon, click delete character, wait 1 hour before creating a new character.
